Information and Regulations for the Student Union
All registered students have the right to participate both in voting for the Student Union council and in their active participation in the council.
At the beginning of each academic year, students vote for their council, which includes a president, vice president, treasurers, secretary, and members.
The president has the role of representative of the student union.
The purpose and duties of the Council are:
- Direct communication with the Administrative and Academic staff of the Academy to resolve problems.
- Student support.
- The organization of events.
- Informing the Academy’s managers about the needs that arise.
- Their participation in the Academic, Administrative and Disciplinary Committee as well as in the Academy Council.
The council meets once every 3 months unless the need for an extraordinary meeting arises.
Minutes of the decisions are kept at each session and are communicated to the students and the Student Affairs Manager.
The council has direct and effective cooperation with the Head of Student Affairs, who assists, supports and acts as a mediator between the Student Union and the Academy Administration and/or Academic staff.
The council may represent the Academy upon agreement with the Director of the Academy.
The Academy provides students with every possible support for the elections and formation of this Council and is always willing to meet with the Council.
