Career Office

The Liaison & Career Office supports students and graduates in their transition from academic study to professional life.

Our goal is to provide guidance, opportunities, and connections that help each individual build a sustainable and successful career in music and the arts.

Support for Students

During their studies, students have access to a range of career development opportunities both within and beyond the Academy.

Teaching Opportunities

Students may express their interest in teaching within the Academy or its Junior Department.

  • Applications are reviewed by the Student Affairs Office in collaboration with Faculty Advisors and Heads of Department
  • Teaching readiness is assessed based on academic progress, skills, and professional potential
  • Teaching assignments are matched to the student’s level and area of expertise

Student teachers are compensated according to:

  • Teaching hours
  • Instrument or subject
  • Level of instruction

On-Campus Employment

Students may also work within the Academy in roles such as:

  • Academic or administrative assistants
  • Library support
  • Event and operational support

Flexible arrangements may include:

  • Hourly compensation
  • Tuition fee reductions in exchange for working hours

External Opportunities

The Academy actively supports students in securing professional opportunities with:

  • Orchestras and ensembles
  • Choirs and vocal groups
  • Conservatories and music schools
  • Cultural and artistic organizations

Support includes:

  • Letters of recommendation
  • Professional references
  • Direct introductions within the music community

Support for Graduates

Graduates remain part of the ARTE community and continue to receive professional support.

Graduates may pursue roles such as:

  • Instrumental or vocal instructors

Many ARTE graduates are already active professionals, contributing as educators, performers, and musicians both within the Academy and beyond.

The Academy continues to support graduates by:

  • Providing networking opportunities within the music industry

Career Promotion & Networking

The Academy maintains a database of graduate profiles and CVs, which may be shared—upon approval—with:

  • Music institutions

  • Educational establishments
